Software:
MicroStation and AutoCAD is the AEC industry standard software. For firms not using AutoCAD or MicroStation, we provide Acrobat .pdf files for viewing.
Services: Computer Aided Drafting Services CAD Specialist is a full service CAD department. In addition to creating electronic drawings, we also provide printing services, onsite measurements, and professional seal and sign service. Seal and sign service is only available for small projects done in-house by CAD Specialist. Seal and sign service is offered as a courtesy to CAD Specialist clients by licensed professionals. AutoCAD & MicroStation File Translations We translate AutoCAD and MicroStation CAD files. AutoCAD translations include 2010 thru r14, MicroStation translations include V8i, XM, V8, V7, J, SE & 95. Paper to CAD Conversions CAD files are created from paper drawings, sketches and redlines. We also work from electronic tiff and pdf files to create CAD drawings.
Contracting Services: Subcontracting & CAD Service (as-needed) CAD Specialist provides CAD services as-needed for short or long term projects. We are also available for subcontracting opportunities in Transportation, Civil, and Environmental. A detailed list of subcontracting certifications are available upon request.
